We're excited and thrilled to welcome you to Loftis Mountain living, and congratulate you on your new home plans! We want to help you move the approval process through as quickly as possible.

As part of the collaborative process working with you and your builder, it's important that you ask questions, submit your new plans before clearing or breaking ground, and carefully read the Construction Approval Process document. We want to help you get to that exciting moment of breaking ground on your new home!

Specific details for approval are outlined in the document which is submitted before breaking ground. Trust that we will work with you efficiently and quickly, to ensure that you stay on schedule.

Some examples include the following:

Minimum 1,700 sq. ft. of heated first floor living space.
Driveways must be hard surfaced.
Outside construction must be completed within eight (8) months.
Garage required, and must match home aesthetics.
Etc.
